Welcome to Waynix. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. What Waynix is
Waynix is an online marketplace that connects passengers with independent, verified transportation providers (drivers) across Morocco. Waynix is not a transport company and does not operate the trips itself — the driver is solely responsible for providing the ride.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use Waynix.
3. For passengers
Sending a booking is a request; it is confirmed only when the driver accepts it. Payment is made directly to the driver in cash or by transfer, outside the app — Waynix does not process passenger payments and does not hold your money. The driver's contact details become visible once your booking is accepted.
4. For drivers
Drivers must be verified before publishing trips: a valid national ID (CIN), driving licence, vehicle registration (carte grise) and insurance are required. You must keep these documents valid and your vehicle roadworthy and properly insured. You are responsible for complying with all applicable transport, tax and traffic laws.
5. Wallet and commission
Drivers keep a prepaid wallet. When a driver accepts a booking, Waynix deducts a platform commission (15% by default, shown before acceptance) from the wallet. The commission funds the platform. Wallet top-ups are made by bank transfer and confirmed by the Waynix team after verification of the proof of payment.
6. Cancellations
Passengers and drivers should honour confirmed bookings. In this version, the platform commission on an accepted booking is retained if the booking is later cancelled. Repeated cancellations may lead to account suspension.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Waynix for anything illegal, fraudulent, or unsafe; do not misrepresent your identity, documents or vehicle; do not attempt to bypass the platform or harass other users. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
8. Liability
Waynix provides the platform that connects passengers and drivers. Because Waynix does not operate the trips, we are not liable for the conduct of drivers or passengers, the condition of vehicles, or events during a ride, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Report any serious issue to us and to the relevant authorities.
9. Personal data
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app. Continuing to use Waynix after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes fall under the competent Moroccan courts.
